Michael Zimmerman - Chief Financial Officer
The GoDaddy Group, Inc.

Mr. Zimmerman plans to address how a rapidly expanding tech company like his
puts the "GO" in GoDaddy.com.  He will also discuss what candidates on a job
search can do to better position themselves for a career with an employer
like GoDaddy.com.

Michael Zimmerman - Chief Financial Officer
Michael is responsible for the company's financial reporting, budgeting and
forecasting and day-to-day financial affairs, as well as oversight of the
company's Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and Fraud Detection organizations.
Michael joined the company after serving as Chief Financial Officer for
Mechanical Breakdown Administrators, a sales agent and administrator of
automobile and recreational vehicle extended warranties. Prior to that,
Michael supervised the Nevada accounting operations for PacifiCare, a
California-based health care organization, after beginning his career as an
auditor for KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
