Job Description: The Interactive Traffic Manager executes and 
maintains project plans and work schedules for projects of all sizes 
and coordinates tasks with the Agency's overall traffic manager. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Works closely with members of the Interactive team including 
directors, project managers, art directors, and developers to: 

* Execute and maintain project work plans and schedules for projects 
of all sizes 
* Work with directors and project managers to complete project 
schedules and assign resources 
* Identify internal and external resources needed and assign 
individual responsibilities 
* Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for members of the 
Interactive team 
* Ensure consistent use of standards and methodologies 
* Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis 
* Maintain budgets and monthly recaps for projects and clients 
* Measure and report project profitability 
* Assist the Interactive team in other related duties as assigned 

The following skills are required to successfully perform the job 
responsibilities: 

* Experience coordinating and scheduling professional services team 
* Expertise in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and other project 
management tools 
* Highly organized and proactive; Ability to manage numerous tasks 
concurrently 
* Ability to motivate and provide leadership to internal teams across 
a variety of disciplines 
* Strong verbal and written communication skills 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
* Minimum 3-5 years in project management, web development or IT 
consulting 
* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Organizational Design, 
Business Administration or Engineering preferred 
* PMP certification a plus
