This position is responsible for the design, development, integration and 
maintenance for internal and external websites and web-based applications.  
Responsible and accountable for day-to-day operations and workload for assigned 
area of website development and support in order to meet the organizational 
business needs while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Participates 
in product development, requirements analysis, design and technical management. 
 Prepares technical designs from business specifications by interpreting 
customer's needs.    Qualifications:   Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer 
Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience desired.  Must have 
two (2) or more years of web design and development with programming experience 
using the following technologies: VB.NET; ASP.NET; Visual Studio 2005; XHTML, 
CSS, JavaScript, and XML; MS SQL Server (writ
 ing SQL queries, SQL Server 2003, Enterprise Manager); and Microsoft Visual 
Basic.  Must have experience with server platforms and Web server software, 
security architecture and implementation, and experience creating dynamic Web 
pages with Dreamweaver 8.  Prior experience with Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Adobe 
Illustrator CS2 a plus. Experience in the IT field in the Health Care industry 
is preferred.  The position requires a thorough understanding of web 
technologies and web architectures along with a strong applications development 
background. Must be familiar with Windows 2003 Server and Active Directory and 
have knowledge of Microsoft IIS. Knowledge and experience with Crystal Reports 
a plus but not required. Familiarity with common Web languages and extensions 
is required, e.g. tables, frames, server-push/client-pull, server-side 
includes, etc., as well as awareness of browser compat
 ibility issues.  This position requires a self-starter who requires minimal 
direction and can determine appropriate project direction through the 
evaluation of business requirements and specifications. Requires strong 
technical skills, knowledge of Internet working technologies, HTML, Visual 
Studio 2005.  Must have the ability to communicate technical concepts well and 
be able to interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels 
within the organization, as well as with customers, prospects, and vendors. 
Must demonstrate strong project management skills, and excellent oral and 
writing skills.
