Now Hiring Developer for Freelance and FT Work

Starphaz, a division of PHArchitecture is interested in reviewing
resumes of developers for freelance and/or full-time work. We are a
small, quickly growing interactive firm, located in north Scottsdale,
specializing in identity, web and flash development in the Commercial
development industry.

Candidates will have 1-2 years of working experience using:

HTML
DHTML
CSS
XML
Actionscript (Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming is a
plus)
Javascript
PHP/mySQL
Web Standards Knowledge

Preferred candidates will have working knowledge of:
 
Photoshop/Fireworks (or Imageready)
Illustrator
Dreamweaver
Flash (good animation skills are a plus)
 
Knowledge that would be a bonus:
 
Server-side scripting knowledge such as: ASP.net, CGI, JSP, etc.
Adobe Flex
Flash Streaming Server

You must have a positive attitude, be willing to learn and take
feedback from others in the firm, and be willing to find ways to push
the envelope. You must be a team-player, working directly with
designers, developers and project.
