This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Background check and
drug screen will be required. Candidates must be eligible to work for

Job Type: Permanent Placement

Job Functions: Work as part of a team supporting a commercial
software product. Under general direction, provide both technical and
application support on the phone and via email. Must have excellent
customer service skills. Demonstrate ability to recognize and react
to situations with a sense of urgency. Maintain call and problem
resolution logs.

Job Skills: 1+ year TSQL and/or ColdFusion experience; Excellent
verbal and written communication; Excellent customer service skills;
Exceptional problem solving skills; Experience with Autotask help
desk software a plus; Prior help desk experience a plus
