Job Opening - Support Specialist (3 positions)

Principle Duties

Below are the duties that are priorities and/or are subject to
evaluation during performance reviews.



    * Ensures that efficient and accurate computing environment and
infrastructure solutions have been provided for all clients.    *
Services client contracts as scheduled.    * Addresses issues with
client accounts in a timely and professional manner.    * Interacts with
all in a courteous, business-like manner.    * Serve as a resource
person to other Support Specialists to resolve all client technical
issues.    * Facilitate the transfer of information between peers to
create a team-oriented environment.


Skills & Requirements



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    * Strong oral and written communication skills.    * Computing
environment and infrastructure management experience    * Superior
organizational skills and precise attention to detail.    * Tact and
cooperation in dealing with other staff and clients.    * Ability to
maintain composure in stressful work situation.    * Requires physical
agility and strength to bend, reach, lift and carry up to 40 lbs. (50%
of the time) and extensive use of computer equipment.     * Consulting
services experience





Education Requirements

    * High School Graduate





Certification Requirements

    * A+ Certified Technician    * Microsoft Certified Professional





Required Work Experience

    * 1-2 years minimum of customer service experience    * 2 years
minimum of technical experience



Other Requirements

    * Must have reliable and available transportation
