3rd Level Help Desk Support! 33/hr W2

Our client based in Phoenix has an openind for a long term 
contractor that can preform the following tasks:

Third Level Help Desk support requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft 
Office environment; able to troubleshoot modem/IP communications 
related to PC applications; Good phone communication skills; must be 
able to work with QA and Development teams to resolve software 
issues with applications; SQL server troubleshooting experience; 
Internet application support. 


Technical Analyst 
This is 3rd level support of their products. 

Important skills:
MS Access, Windows NT/95/98, communication skills, business writing 
skills, troubleshooting HW/SW - preferably modems, HTML knowledge.

Nice to have:
VB 6.0.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills and have a 
patient demeanor. They will be fielding calls and acting as 3rd 
level support for their products.  Programming experience with HTML 
and VB is great as well as experience troubleshooting HW/SW related 
to modems.
