PL/SQL Contract - North Scottsdale 50/hr W2

Our client is looking for a Oracle PL / SQL Developer to participate 
in full DB development life cycle in ORACLE.  You will be 
responsible for managing the data and developing PL / SQL objects 
like packages, stored procedures, functions and related database 
objects in a fast-paced environment based upon defined requirements. 

Experience working in a fast paced time sensitive team based 
environment is required. Previous DBA experience will be helpful but 
there will not be any DBA duties involved. 
Previous development experience is required and the candidate must 
be proficient in the following areas: 
* Oracle database development (PL/SQL) required 
* Full life cycle development experience is required 
* Packages, Stored Procedures and functions (PL/SQL) development 
experience is required 
* UNIX shell scripting experience is required 
* Performance and Tuning experience is required 
* DBA experience preferred but not required 

Oracle PL/SQL skills --
"       Perform application tuning and performance monitoring 
"       Setup and maintain documentation and standards 
"       Work as part of a team and provide 7x24 support when 
required 
"       Perform general technical trouble shooting
"       Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support. 
"       Good understanding of the Oracle database, related utilities 
and tools 
"       A good understanding of the underlying operating system UNIX
"       A good knowledge of the physical database design 
"       A good knowledge Oracle data integrity 
"       Experience in code migration, database change management and 
data management through the various stages of the development life 
cycle 
"       A sound knowledge of both database and system performance 
tuning 
"       A Developer should have the ability to handle multiple 
projects and deadlines 
"       Familiar with sqlplus and toad
"       Able to write PL/SQL code - functions, procedures, and 
packages
"       Familiar with performance strategies - Indexing and 
troubleshooting
UNIX proficient - 
"       Familiar with navigating the UNIX environment
