*       3 - 5 years experience as a System Developer. 
*       3 years experience developing with Visual Studio .Net and .Net
framework 1.0 and 1.1 including ASP.Net, ADO.Net, console applications,
web services. 
*       3 years experience developing with SQL Server 2000 
*       
        1 year experience with XML. 
*       
        Knowledge of project management lifecycle.
*       
        Knowledge of industry standard SDLC processes. 
*       
        Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes..
