PT 1099 Help Wanted for simple HTML

Internet 6 has more work than we can handle and we're seeking a person to do 
part time (~10-15 hrs/week) HTML and simple PHP work for a new project we've 
taken on.  There's no real PHP programming, just creating new documents from a 
standard template, but it's important that the person doing this understand 
enough about PHP to avoid errors. (If you haven't worked with PHP but have ASP 
experience, that's OK, as it mostly requires understanding programming 
structure, not the specifics of PHP - that can be quickly learned for this 
project.)  The HTML work is fairly simple, so if you have a good start with 
HTML and are looking to hone your skills, or want to turn a hobby into some 
cash, this might be what you're looking for.

This isn't building websites -- it's adding pages to an existing site or 
updating existing pages. It's not particularly challenging work, but does 
require an eye for detail and the ability to test and document your work.

This is 1099 work (independent contractor) and is ideal for someone looking to 
work from home as the hours are extremely flexible.  If you're a stay-at-home 
parent or a retiree with a few hours a day to contribute, this could work out 
very well for you.  Most work is assigned via e-mail, so there's little, if any 
travel involved.
