New Online Marketing company requires full time consultant:

Description 
Online Marketing is seeking fun, hardworking, entrepreneurial people 
to join our new online marketing division of 40 year old marketing 
company in Arizona. Online Marketing will  provide powerful and 
comprehensive Online marketing turn key solutions to it's current and 
new clients, which includes email marketing, SEO, Web development, 
and most of all ongoing consulting with targeted results. 

Position Objective 
The SMB Account Manager is responsible for helping our clients to 
decide right solution with most effective results. 
Ongoing consulting.

Major Responsibilities 

Retain, grow, and develop assigned accounts through daily interaction 
clients; ensure renewal of all accounts. 

Monitor performance of sold solutions. 

Analyze each client's account to identify add-on sales opportunities. 

Develop a monthly call cycle for existing accounts to discuss usage, 
options, and renewals. 

Create Opportunities. 

Provide management with monthly reports on goal, results, up sell, & 
renewal progress. 

Submit invoicing information to Accounting department. 


Requirements: 

College degree with an emphasis on marketing coursework preferred. 

Ability to identify client needs by using effective listening and 
probing techniques. 

Confident and persuasive with strong verbal communication skills. 

Extensive knowledge of online marketing and it's  ingredients such as 
SEO, Web Optimization, Email Marketing and such. Do not require 
technical skill such as programming. 

Excellent negotiation skills. 

Minimum of two (2) years marketing / sales experience preferred. 

Thorough knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power 
Point, Access.
