Title: Help Desk Technical Analyst  

Start:  Immediately 

Duration: Through December, 2006

Location:  Northern Phoenix, Arizona (close to Metrocenter Mall)

Summary: 

Provide customer support, troubleshooting, problem resolution, 
escalation and follow-up.  Responsibilities include, but not limited 
to first level technical phone support  for computer, phone, network, 
hardware, and software problems. 


Required Skills and Experience 

·       Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Pro/Server, Active Directory, 
XP Pro 
·       Network/Communications: TCP/IP, Wireless technologies 
(802.11b), VPN (Cisco/Power), RAS (MS, Cisco), 
·       pcAnywhere 
·       Applications: MS Office 97/XP, Exchange 2000, Outlook 
2000/XP, OWA, M.S. Internet Explorer 6.0+ 
·       First level technical phone support experience is essential 
for this position. 

Preferred Skills and Experience 

·       OS390 and UNIX 
·       Voice Network:PBX (Nortel), VOIP (Cisco), Voice Messaging 
(Cisco UM, Octel) 
·       Networking Equipment:CSU/DSU, Router (Cisco), Switch, 
Gateway, Intel/SUN Servers, 
·       Report writing in Access or Excel 
·       HTML and SQL or Oracle query experience
