2 openings: Sr. Business/Systems Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:
?       This job is half Systems/Business Analyst and half Crystal 
Reports developer 
?       Gather user requirements and write functional and detailed 
specifications
?       Deliver business process requirements and use cases.
?       Interact with End Users to analyze system & business needs
?       Translate information gathered into Crystal Reports for 
application use. 

REQUIREMENTS:
?       6 ? 10 years demonstrated experience as a Business/Systems 
Analyst including PL/SQL Programming & Crystal Report Development   
?       Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Crystal Reports required
?       Strong understanding of business & system workflow 
?       Experience and track record of delivering business process 
requirements and use cases.
?       Requires a solid understanding of Systems, Oracle Database 
(v.10), business processes, & relevant business issues. 
?       Excellent analytical & communication skills are a must! 

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore area)
Duration: 6 months +
