A+ Certified, Tier II Dell Helpdesk Analyst- Daytime shift.  Must be
able to start on June 5th.  Pay range $15/hr to $18/hr DOE.  Location is
24th Street and Baseline.

The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background with laptop
and desktop computers. Knowledgeable with both hardware and software
support. Hardware knowledge includes hard drives, motherboards, RAM
memory, Video Cards, internal WI-FI cards, Various ports (USB, serial,
Firewire, parallel), CD/DVD drives and burners. Software knowledge
includes BIOS (set up and configuration), hardware drivers, Operating
Systems (98/ME/XP Home/XP Pro) and basic software applications.
Responsibilities: Ensure a timely and effective phone support of various
laptop and desktop devices. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical
issues. Resolving issues by walking the client step by step through the
process. This opportunity will provide 3 weeks of paid training prior to
starting. You will need to have at least 1+yrs of experience in a
helpdesk environment. The support will focus on both hardware and
software. An A+ certification is required for this position.
