IMMEDIATE NEED for Business Analyst/Database Developer

Position: Business Analyst/Database Developer
Key skills: PL/SQL, Crystal Reports

The job is half analyst and half developer. Ideal candidate will 
have report development experience as well as experience in 
understanding business workflow.

(Business or Systems Analyst -- Senior; Skills equivalent to 6-10 
years in comparable position) 

?       Demonstrated experience as a business analyst and database 
developer. 
?       Experience and track record of delivering business process 
requirements and use cases. 
?       Requires a solid understanding of relevant business issues. 
?       Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Crystal Reports is required. 
?       Gather user requirements and write functional and detailed 
specifications, excellent analytical skills, and excellent 
communication skills.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (central)
Duration: 6 months
Work Status: Citizen or Green Card holder only (no 3rd parties)
