Looking for good recruiter

I am developer, primarily Visual Studio/C++, some .Net C#.
  I moved to Arizona a few years ago and have yet to find what I call a good 
recruiter.
  A good recruiter is one who can give me sound advice and find me work.
  I am most interested in responses from AZIPA developers.
