A Chandler, AZ based business that develops a top sales automation
system for the homebuilder market is looking for qualified individuals
to help with quality assurance testing and software phone support for
their customers. The software is a nationally recognized feature-rich
web application utilizing a SQL Server database.

QA Software Support Analyst/Tester (Employment Opportunity)

Responsibilities include:

* Working under the direction of a QA Supervisor.
* Interfacing with developers.
* Software verification that documented business rules apply.
* Ensuring compliance with written specifications.
* Acceptance testing of changes to application, by identifying,
analyzing and documenting problems.
* The use of an existing software issue tracking program to document,
track and communicate test results and issues.
* Helping to coordinate scheduled releases.
* Focusing on application stability and suggesting improvement.

The desired candidate will have the following skills:

* 1+ yrs of QA testing experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong experience with SQL Server, and ability to write SQL
statements for data lookups.
* Background in Web Applications is a plus.
* An understanding of the Internet and Windows 2000.
* Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Starting salary is dependent on experience.

Software Support Analyst (Employment Opportunity)

Responsibilities include:

* Responding to both email and phone support questions from company's
customers.
* Answering general questions about the software, and researching
solution to common problems.
* Determining whether customer issues are real problems in the
software, and forwarding the problems to a team of software developers.
* Occasional help with testing of the software.
* The use of a call tracking program to document, track and communicate
customer's issues.

The desired candidate will have the following skills:

* 1+ yrs of phone support experience, with software (not only
hardware).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (this is extremely
important).
* Experience with SQL Server, and the ability to write SQL statements
is a plus.
* Background in Web Applications is a plus.
* An understanding of the Internet and Windows 2000.

Starting salary is dependent on experience.
