Help Desk Security Analyst Contract in Phoenix

GillTek Systems Int'l Inc is a Professional Information Technology 
Consulting and Implementation Team Providing Complete IT Solutions.  

Currently, we are looking for a Help Desk Security Analyst for our 
direct client.  The description of the contract is below.  

Title: Help Desk Security Analyst

Start: Immediately 

Duration: Through November, 2006 

Shift: Dayshift 

Location: Northern Phoenix, Arizona (Close to Metrocenter Mall)

Summary: 

Contractor will be responsible for processing day to day requests for 
IS Security support including troubleshooting and administering:   
new accounts; disabling accounts; application, platform, and database 
access requests; account moves and renames; global group management; 
remote access; and wireless access.  Work will include processing 
email, providing phone support, analyzing customer requests, 
assessing security requirements, documenting requests and approvals, 
and working with development and project teams to establish the 
appropriate security controls.  All work must be done in accordance 
with corporate and security access policies and procedures and 
established processes and work instructions to comply with audit and 
regulatory requirements.       

Required Skills and Experience 

·       Strong working knowledge of complex NT Network, Active 
Directory, MS Exchange Administration, Windows 2000/XP, 
·       and security administration policies. 
·       General working knowledge of database security administration 
(SQL, DB2, Oracle, Sybase) and MS Office tools (Outlook, MS Excel, MS 
Office).   
·       Must have previous experience performing security 
administration functions and demonstrated ability to apply problem 
analysis/resolution techniques.  
·       Security Administration, Customer Support / Help Desk 
Experience
·       Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal 
skills a must.   
·       Must be strong in time management and attention to detail.  
·       Must be able to work in fast paced, high stress environment. 
  
Preferred Skills and Experience 

·       Exposure to Bindview, Peoplesoft, PowerPlant or Defender 
software and/or script development. 
·       Microsoft certifications and/or CISSP 
·       Mainframe RACF Security
