Technical Support Manager

The Technical Support Manager position will have the following duties:
Assist in leading the strategic direction of the Technical Support Center
Being ultimately responsible for the success of their team, to include
meeting department metrics, streamlining processes, setting and
communicating departmental objectives
Responsible for mentoring, growth and development of the technical support
staff
Building group cohesiveness and continuously improving overall team
performance
Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities to increase revenues,
maintain corporate established gross and contribution margins and operate
the Center within budgets.

? Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or Electronics, or
equivalent work experience.
? Experience: Minimum 4-6 years managing a mid-scale Technical Support
Organization.
? Must be able to occasionally work outside of standard business hours
? Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
? Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required for this position.
? Must have exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills.
? Profit and Loss management experience is a plus
? Proficiency with PC?s, MS Office, and other office applications
? Experience conducting personnel interviews and preparing associate
performance reviews
