Position: Director of Marketing
Location: Valley of the Sun

Job Summary:

This marketing leader will manage a team of Marketing Communications, 
and Product Marketing professionals and maintain a culture of energy, 
fun, and results focus of the team. The Director of Marketing is 
responsible for creating pipeline growth, budget development and 
management, campaign development, brand and company positioning / 
messaging, client retention programs, channel, partner, and services 
marketing. The Director of Marketing team will be in active 
participant in team responsibilities and deliverables, including:

Marketing Communications

§       Lead and Demand Generation
§       Trade show and seminar event marketing
§       Annual Users Conference
§       Online and Direct e-Marketing initiatives
§       Direct Mail 
§       Collateral creation
§       Newsletters
§       Media Relations
§       Internal marketing / intranet

Product Marketing
§       Sales tools and presentation development
§       Market Research
§       Competitive Analysis products
§       Client case study program
§       White papers
§       Work with Product Management on go-to-market materials
§       Analyst Relations

Qualifications

§       4-year college business degree. MBA more competitive
§       Record of success in Marketing Management in high-tech
§       Familiarity with Healthcare IT industry. Direct experience 
more competitive
§       Previous experience successfully leading direct reports
§       Excellent verbal an written communication skills
§       Ability to travel approximately 20%
