Subject: Looking for - Sr. Admin/Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Administrative duties (inbound/follow-up calls, database entries, faxing,
invoicing, etc.).
2. Coordinate reports, agreements, and insertion orders with advertisers,
vendors and partners.
3. Support departments (sales, operations, marketing, customer service, etc.)
within the company.
4. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company, its services, its clientele,
and business goals.

Qualifications:
Ability to think out of the box, and take initiative. Should be able to meet
deadlines, exceed goals and multi-task.
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, ACT!, and QuickBooks reccomended.
Impeccable telephone skills and manner required.
Interfacing with Senior Marketing executives a MUST.


Experience:
2-3 years minimum experience in a high-level Administrative/Marketing support
position (of a Senior Executive or Executives).
Internet Marketing and/or Web Advertising background is MUCH preferred.
College Degree is desireable.
