.asp troubleshooter needed ASAP

Need NOW!  

Competent asp programmer to review .asp code running on godaddy 
windows server. (Client requirement! arghh)

Simple program that takes submitform data and does 4 things:

1. After submit, redirect to thank you page  (DOES THIS)
2. Write form data to .csv file (DOES THIS)
3. Send an HTML Email to person who filled out form (DOES NOT DO THIS)
  (HTML email is already created)
4. Send form info to client email address (DOES NOT DO THIS)

GoDaddy tech support says everything is working correctly. It was 
working fine until Friday.

2 simple .asp programs need to be looked at. Can you help?
