TIBCO Specialist position open in Phoenix, AZ

TIBCO technology (BusinessWorks, Rendezvous, Adapters, Hawk, etc.) 

This is a 3-6 Contract to Hire position with our client in Phoenix, 
AZ

This position is responsible for design, development and testing of 
enterprise application integration (EAI) solutions utilizing TIBCO 
integration software in support of the Enterprise Data Strategy. The 
position will partner with infrastructure and application teams to 
implement data architecture solutions for client. The key to the 
incumbent's success will be the ability to translate business 
requirements into efficient, fault tolerant integration processes. 
The position reports to the Manager of Data Integration.

Responsibilities include:

*Analyze business requirements and technical environments including 
system capabilities, impacts on systems and performance 
implications. Produce design recommendations based on this analysis.
*Build efficient, fault tolerant application integration processes 
using TIBCO technology (BusinessWorks, Rendezvous, Adapters, Hawk, 
etc.) 
*Develop Unit, Integration and Quality Assurance test plans for 
complex integrations. Execute test plans and document results.
*Develop technical documentation to support production, 
restart/recovery and change control.
*Provide support for production and troubleshooting of complex 
integration issues as necessary to maintain a stable environment and 
meet service level agreements.
*Follow approved project methodology and standards. Review work of 
other to ensure standards are followed. Recommend changes in 
methodology or standards when appropriate.
*Identify opportunities and make recommendations to apply EAI 
technologies to improve business processes and technical 
architecture.

Required Skills:
*BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field required
*8+ years of I.S. experience
*2+ years working as a Developer with integration tools and 
methodologies in enterprise class applications
Experience with the following tools/concepts: TIBCO BusinessWorks 
(or similar tool set); Web Services, XML, JMS, as well as Common 
Data Models and relational data modeling experience.
Demonstrated understanding of application integration concepts, 
middleware and messaging, API's, Adapters, integration performance 
tuning.
Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to impart 
technical concepts to all levels.
