Lead Software Engineer for product development

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead a software 
product development project involving software defined radios, 
airborne platforms (AWACS, JSTARS), 1553 bus, Ethernet, 3-D maps 
(like Google earth), data reduction & analysis, text/string search, 
SQL Server, and C++ in a Windows environment. The end customer is 
the U.S. Air Force.

You will be responsible for design, architecture, development, 
integration, and mentoring team members. You will also particpate in 
trade shows, business development/marketing, product evolution, and 
other development of related products & projects.

You must have experience in product development, team leadership, 
system & database architecture, risk management, and hands-on 
development.

DataSoft is an engineering company in Tempe/Scottsdale that develops 
products and services for software defined radio applications. 

You must be a U.S. Citizen and be eligible for a security clearance.
