Technical-Mobile-Support Analyst wanted in Chandler

CDI Business solutions is seeking Technical Support Analyst for one 
of our valued clients in Chandler.  This company is growing fast and 
making a presence in Chandler.   This Analyst will be part of their 
Mobile Computing Support Group.  This group supports the sales staff 
and their laptops/blackberries. This is a first call resolution 
center where we need top notch analysts who have experience with S/W 
and H/W troubleshooting; network and VPN connectivity experience; and 
excellent troubleshooting skills.  Customers are often calling during 
a sales meeting where tempers may be short and time is of the 
essence.  The analysts need to be cool-headed and able to resolve the 
issues as quick as possible.  Call center experience is ideal.  
Candidates only need to have exposure to it, yet understand they may 
be taking up to 50/calls a day.  Blackberry experience is a nice-to-
have, but not necessary.  Wireless network cards and laptop 
troubleshooting a must.  Must be able to bass a full background, MVR 
and Credit check before starting.
