HTML Development Position! 1Year contract

This is a   CRM  ( customer service)  position , with more emphasis 
on the technical side. It is a dual-type role. 
 
Candidate will help customers, i.e. problem resolution but also 
developing and writing forms.  This candidate will work with the 
implementation team. ( 4-5 on the team currently but it will grow )  
This candidate will take template and create  ( design)   an 
electronic version for an internet browser. 
  
Skills necessary are HTML development, Processing planning ( work 
flow process planning),  General knowledge of Databases.  Excellent 
problem resolution skills. 
  
 They want someone that is a  good listener, a good report with 
customers and someone who is very good and fast with the technical 
aspects of the job. 
 
They need the person asap    
 
The candidate will work 8-5 with some overtime.
