PC Specialist Position

Continuum is recruiting for a PC Specialist position with a great company
located in Scottsdale.  This company has a fast-paced working environment
and business has been booming.  This position is contract-to-hire and

Candidate will be a PC Specialist who will support users company-wide and
will 
be responsible for logging all work requests into help desk tracking system;

configuring, supporting and troubleshooting hardware and operating software;

responding to telephone, walk-in and electronic mail inquiries or requests
for 
assistance; communicating with users to identify problems, troubleshoot and 
provide advice and resolution; manage projects and provide resolutions for 
technical issues and new installations. Ideal candidate will be self-guided 
and will do what it takes to get the job done.

Skills Required:
*2-3 yrs exp supporting Windows 2000 and 2003 networked clients in an NT
TCP/IP 
environment
*Proficiency with TCP/IP, Windows 2000 and 2003, Windows XP, NT Workstation,

Microsoft Office Suite
*Experience creating, monitoring, and tracking progress of IT related
projects 
in a support environment
*Experience with Windows Installer technology, Software deployment and Patch
