Full-Time Web Designer Needed

Contact Designs (http://www.contactdesigns.com) is seeking a talented
onsite web designer with 5+ years experience.  Candidate must be an
independent self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.
Must have excellent work ethic and attitude, and be able to complete
projects under deadlines.  Must have examples of work and be looking to
join a team with an emphasis on high quality web design/development.

Salary: $35,000 and up DOE (plus full health and dental benefits)
Hours: 40-50/week
Location: North Scottsdale - right off the 101 and Raintree Dr.

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

    * Solid graphic design and illustration skills including a firm
      grasp of GUI design with a strong focus on usability
    * Thorough understanding of X/HTML, CSS 1.0 and 2.0, JavaScript, web
      graphics, and browser DOM - including sensitivity to browser
      compatibility issues
    * Advanced knowledge of following software tools: Macromedia
      Dreamweaver/Flash and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
    * Strong understanding of communications, marketing, and customer
      service principles - a solid customer service orientation is very
      important
    * Good understanding of basic project management principles -
      including ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a
      rapid-demand environment
    * Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent
      interpersonal skills - including ability to present ideas in
      business-friendly and user-friendly language

Some PHP/MySQL or other programming knowledge a plus.
