Help Desk/Jr. Business Analyst!

We have a client that is located near the Airport that has an 
immediate need for someone that can do the following skills:
 
The main day to day requirements would be working with one other 
person.  They take customer calls 90% of the time. They will need to 
deal with Customer issues.  They need to be more knowledgeable than 
a Level I person because they will not escalate all the calls.  This 
person will be expected to be able to support the client on most 
every call.  
 
This position will grow into a Jr. Business Analyst positon during 
the duration of the contract.
 
Provides first-level support to users by researching and answering 
questions; resolving problems; providing resources.

Duties:
* Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching 
answers; guiding client through corrective steps.

* Improves client references by writing and maintaining 
documentation.

* Participates in development of client training programs by 
identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.

* Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending 
changes.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational 
opportunities; maintaining personal networks.

* Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by 
completing related results as needed.

 
? H.S. Diploma (college degree preferred) 
 
? Microsoft Education or equivalent experience
 
? Ability to manage multiple calls simultaneously in a
high-pressure 
environment 
 
? Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal, written,
problem-solving, 
typing and customer-service skills
 
? Strong attention to detail
 
? Call Center or Support Desk experience and solid knowledge of
PC 
hardware/software preferred
 
Contract 6+ months could go perm
Hours 8 - 5 M-F
