VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

In this leadership role, this person will possess extensive experience
developing sales organizations and channel strategies focused on delivering
solutions to Enterprise Groups, and OEM and Integrator Partners. Sales Exec
will be responsible for directing and controlling all sales operations
including management of the Business Development and Account Manager
organizations. Person will be responsible for maximizing market potential
and sales volume and accountable for establishing, implementing, and
monitoring all sales programs including sales forecasts, objectives, and
commission plan.

Requires a high level of sales skills, creativity, self-direction,
motivation and drive. It also requires a commitment to, and desire to,
satisfy customers by gaining awareness of the problems the customer solves
using our products capabilities. Previous sales/ sales management experience
in RFID a strong plus.

Position requires an undergraduate bachelors degree or equivalent, at least
10 years enterprise and/or OEM/Partner sales experience. The candidate must
have at least 5 years sales management experience. Must also have experience
in two or more of the following markets: Computer Hardware Systems, Systems
Software, Networking Communications (especially wireless networking), RFID.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The candidate will drive revenue and accelerate sales by executing to
OEM/Partner account strategies. Capable of driving demand creation through
development of programs, understanding OEMs'/Partners' organizational
structure, and building and cultivating client relationships at all levels.
This position will perform product demonstrations, create proposals, manage
the OEM/Partner agreement and all associated deliverables, and will be the
liaison between the in-house project engineering, technical and operations
staff - and the OEM/Partner. Position requires undergraduate bachelors
degree or equivalent, at least 5 years large account and/or OEM/Partner
sales experience. Must also have experience in two or more of the following
markets: Computer Hardware Systems, Systems Software, Networking
Communications (especially wireless networking), RFID.

ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Responsible for driving revenue & accelerating sales through new and
existing OEM/Partners. Proven success in relationship sales and successful
implementation of business development strategies as a result of keen
understanding of customer?s organization (all levels), needs, and
requirements.. These positions will perform product demonstrations, create
proposals, manage the OEM/Partner agreement and all associated deliverables,
and will be the liaison between client, a high tech manufacturer and
software developer, and the OEM/Partner. The ideal candidate has experience
selling supply chain, transportation, logistics or other e-commerce software
solutions and services. Experience in Warehouse Management (WMS), Supply
Chain Management (SCM) and/or ERP solutions ? a major plus. Candidates must
have an undergraduate bachelors degree or equivalent, and large account
and/or OEM / Partner sales experience. Must also have experience in two or
more of the following markets: Computer Hardware Systems, Systems Software,
Networking Communications (especially wireless networking), and/or RF/RFID.


SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGERS
The successful candidates will be able to define world-class products, drive
them to market, and position them to win. Take ownership of product
management and marketing of products. Communication skills are essential,
as you must work proactively across all major internal functional areas
(engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, QA, and finance) and with
external constituencies (press, analysts, partners, customers, etc.)

Responsibilities will include; Product definition and market requirements
data gathering, competitive positioning and branding including collateral
development, pricing, production forecasting, and project scheduling and
oversight. Minimum Requirements are MBA (preferred) or an MS/BS in a
technical area, 5 years product management experience in software and
hardware products, understanding of PC business and technical issues is
required, strong analytical, marketing and project management skills.
