Part Time Weekends - Customer Service Position

Start Date: Immediately   Pay rate: $10.00 per hour

We have the following shift available:

Saturday & Sunday - 4:00PM - 9:00PM   (Easter Sunday shift is optional but
will be paid at a double time holiday rate)


We are immediately seeking an individual who has good phone skills and is
open to working weekends monitoring periodic phone calls and email messages,
and routing the issues to on call personnel.

If you have good phone skills and knowledge of email than this is the job
for you.

Individual will be responsible for working with ?Technical Support
Representatives? to answer and dispatch customer support calls and route
trouble tickets in an expeditious manner. Will be responsible for
interacting with the support team to obtain fast and efficient resolution of
the customer?s issues.

Job Responsibilities:

· Answering support calls and logging trouble tickets.

· Initiating and updating ?Order work? trouble tickets in system with
required information for proper documentation until resolution

· Interface with ?Technical Support Representatives? to ensure fast and
effective resolution of customer issues

 REQUIREMENTS
Telephone experience and knowledge of computers, email and technical terms
required.
