Project Coordinator needed!

This position is responsible for supporting, planning and 
coordinating activities across several teams. Responsibilities 
include organizing project meetings and providing administrative 
support to the Project Manager (PM) and Sub-Project Leaders. 
Additionally, you will work with the PM to develop and maintain 
project plans, produce project communications and maintain other 
project documentation. Attend project meetings and take 
minutes/action items/risks& issues 


? Outstanding organizational and planning skills with ability to 
execute and track project plans, process, and outcomes 
? Must have ability to manage tasks and drive results in a fast-
paced, multi-priority environment 
? Ability to work within a highly matrixed organization with
strong 
people skills and good follow-through 
? Ability to work in ambiguous situations and deliver creative 
solutions 
? Requires strong communications and relationship skills to
operate 
effectively across wide geographies and cultures 
? Must have strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills 
? Must have some MS Project skills 
? Must have strong Project Management capabilities 
? Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to 
interact with multiple employee levels throughout the organization 
? Must have sound oral and written communication skills 
? Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies a plus 
? College degree or some college-level education preferred 

This is a 3month project paying 30/hr W2.
