Receptionist Needed for a Fun Fast Paced Company

We are Fasturtle Technologies, a leading provider of website management
solutions; including website design and development, hosting and email
marketing.  We are seeking an energetic individual to serve as our Office
Receptionist, this is a support position located in our Scottsdale Airpark
office. This individual will direct calls from current customer base as well
as potential news clients. We are a family environment and believe in
building a strong relationship with our employees and clients. 


The position will also be responsible for general office organization,
distribution of mail, some accounting duties, knowledge of QuickBooks
preferred but not required, organizing and managing marketing collateral,
ordering and maintaining office supplies, greet and direct customers at the
front lobby, some data entry, knowledge of MS Office a must. The position
offers a fun and professional environment with plenty of challenges and
rewards.  Located in an easily accessible, beautiful office with a great
view of the Scottsdale Airport!  We are looking for a self-motivated
go-getter!  You provide the great attitude and we?ll provide the daily
variety, motivation, stability, and a fantastic team-environment! This
position is now open due to an internal promotion and is available

 REQUIREMENTS:   Qualified individuals must possess between 1 to 2 years of
receptionist experience and have the ability to interact and communicate
effectively with staff members, vendors and clients.  Personality traits
must include a ?can-do?, cheerful attitude and must be up to the challenge
of a fast paced environment.  Candidate must possess excellent grammar and
basic typing skills. Candidate must have a professional appearance in our
business casual setting.

Monday - Friday,  9:00 a.m -  4:00 p.m.
Location: Scottsdale Airpark
Pay Rate: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
Must be reliable and have dependable transportation
References will be checked
Front-lobby position
Position could evolve into a full-time position for the right person
