Project Coordinator

GWT Solutions is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator in 
Phoenix, AZ.  This position is a 3-month, W2 contract. 

Responsibilities include organizing project meetings and providing 
administrative support to the Project Manager (PM) and Sub-Project 
Leaders. Additionally, you will work with the PM to develop and 
maintain project plans, produce project communications and maintain 
other project documentation. Attend project meetings and take 
minutes/action items/risks& issues.  

Required Qualifications:
? Outstanding organizational and planning skills with ability to 
execute and track project plans, process, and outcomes 
? Must have ability to manage tasks and drive results in a fast-
paced, multi-priority environment
? Ability to work within a highly matrixed organization with
strong 
people skills and good follow-through 
? Ability to work in ambiguous situations and deliver creative 
solutions 
? Requires strong communications and relationship skills to
operate 
effectively across wide geographies and cultures 
? Must have strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills 
? Must have some MS Project skills 
? Must have strong Project Management capabilities 
? Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to 
interact with multiple employee levels throughout the organization 
? Must have sound oral and written communication skills 
? Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies a plus 
? College degree or some college-level education preferred
