SW Manager Position

Direct applicants only.  No agencies please!  Position is located
24th/Camelback area.  Responsible for directing the activities of a software
applications development function. Oversees the analysis, design,
programming, debugging and modification of computer programs for commercial
applications serving the healthcare industry. Directs the activities of
Software Engineers and other technical staff. Establishes individual goals
and measures results. 

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Education:


Ability to lead a team of technical staff. Detailed technical understanding
of application software development. Working knowledge of network servers
and associated network configuration. Working knowledge of workstation
operating systems. Working knowledge of database design and programming.
Ability to write, critique, analyze and evaluate system requirements,
specification and design documentation. Project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and at
least 10 years experience. Knowledge of mainframe, open systems, and NT
