Looking for a senior level Oracle Data Architect for a Phoenix-area Position.

GillTek Systems Intl Inc is recruiting for a senior level Oracle Data Architect.

This is a contract position to start as soon as possible for a four-month 
engagement.

Summary:

The senior Oracle Data Architect will work in our client's Data Services group 
and must be able to perform the following functions:
* Re-architect an existing warehouse in a manner that performance of the 
warehouse is improved
* Interface with end-users and developers to design and incorporate the new 
changes
* Advanced performance and application tuning
* Maintain documentation and coning standards, lessons learned, best practices, 
and quality improvement documentation
* Work closely with the development staff on all issues related to the Oracle 
Databases

Knowledge & Experience Required:

* 4+ years of Data Warehousing with Oracle database
* Oracle DBA experience
* Must have experience with performance tuning Oracle 8i and 9i environment.
* Self-motivated, methodical, require minimal direction, possess strong 
communication skills, and be a strong team player
* Strong Database Architect and Design experience
* Experience with Warehouse Applications
* Must be a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills

Work location is located 50 miles west of the downtown Phoenix area.
