Scottsdale enterprise application software company is looking for elite
software engineers. 
 
GUI Software Design/Development Engineer: 
 
1.    Excellent user interaction design and visual design acumen,
comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of Java GUI development techniques
and tools, with particular emphasis on handling large, rapidly-changing
database. 
2.    In depth knowledge and expertise with the J2EE component
technologies including Java Bean, Servlets, JSP. 
3.    Strong knowledge of all Swing components and APIs, with particular
emphasis on tabular datasets, Tree Navigation, 2D/3D plots. Minimum 2
years experience with Java Swing. 
4.    Experience in UML use-case modeling and development of other UML
models relevant to User Interface design. 
5.    Experience in XML, XML Schema, XSLT and Web Service. 
6.    Experience in Struts framework, Tomcat web server and one of the
following application server: Weblogic Server, WebSphere, or Oracle 9i
Server. 
7.    Experience in both Windows and Unix OS. HP-Unix experience is a
plus. 
8.    Experience in SQL Server and Oracle Server. 
 
Software Project Engineer: 
 
1.    Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOA
(Service-Oriented Architect). 
2.    Knowledge of MVC and other relevant design patterns, including but
not only GOF's O-O design patterns. 
3.    Well versed in software requirements, specifications, processes,
and capable of driving product releases. 
4.    Work closely with customers to gather their requirements and
changes. 
5.    Good communication and leadership skills.
