web development projects

I have a client with 3 large web development projects.  We need a complete
team of web site developers to build these sites.  I suspect the project
will last at least one year.  I am looking for the following people in the
Phoenix Metropolitan area.  This can be a full time position contract to
hire.
 
1. One PHP Programmer
2. One or two Graphics artists
3. One good html programmer.
4. One copy writer
5. One Flash developer
6. Someone with both voice and video streaming experience.
7. An individual with "search engine" and PPC skill and experience.
 
We are going to develop several sites in this project.  One project site
will be a master site for the client.  The quality of the site is of the
most importance.  
 
The second project site (developed simultaneously) will be a self
replicating site (for 500 companies) with all the following functionality:
 
Automatic newsletter service mailed weekly with subscription form.
 
Ecommerce and shopping cart to sale products and services through merchant
accounts.
 
Calendar and scheduling service to send birthday greetings and other
announcements.
 
Secure logon for Members education.
 
Voice, flash, and video streaming for education purposes.
