Looking for a Sales/ Recruiting Professional for Permanent Position in East Valley

GillTek Systems Int'l Inc. provides Software Consulting Services, IT Staff 
Augmentation, and Permanent Placement services to major companies not only in 
the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area but Nationwide. 

We have an office located in the East Valley looking for a Sales/Recruiting 
Professional. 


Responsibilities: 

-Responsible for direct and indirect Sales. 

-Responsible for the planning, identifying, prospecting, qualifying and closing 
of new business opportunities. 

-You will work with executive management in identifying unmet business and 
technology needs that can be satisfied by company's products and services. 

-Strong understanding of business-to-business sales. 

-Recruiting technical talent based on clients needs. 



Qualifications: 

*BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with experience in sales and marketing, 
3-5 years of recruiting experience in consulting industry. 

*IT experience is a plus. 

*Position requires solid business acumen, with exceptional interpersonal, 
consulting and interviewing skills; strong customer and marketplace focus; 
proven ability to see the big picture, time management and computer skills 
essential; 

*Candidate should be in Phoenix metro area or must relocate to Phoenix metro. 

*Excellent oral and written communications. 

*An effective communicator and very good relationship builder, highly energetic 
with strong work ethics. 

*Excellent team player. 


This is a full-time employee position. Compensation is commensurate with 
experience and will include a combination of base salary and commission.
