Australian Government Public Key Authority certification crieria

The Australian Government Public Key Authority has produced a draft set
of criteria for the accreditation of certification authorities under the
Government Public Key Infrastructure, as described in the Gatekeeper
report (http://www.ogit.gov.au/gatekeeper/pub/contents.html).  

The criteria are available for public comment at:
