ETS Project on time-stamping

All,

please, let me give a short notice of PKITS,
an ETS II Project working on provision of time-stamping
services in public-key infrastructures.
The project will last until the end of 1998,
but some deliverables are already available that might be of
interest to this expert group. Please, note these
are draft versions.

We are [ab]using the university server while the official
web server becomes ready.
