Consult about Y.1721: msg#00052

Subject: Consult about Y.1721 
In section 7.1.1.2 of TD25R1(plen) at the ITU-T SG13 meeting of Geneva,21
July - 1 August 2003(Draft Revised Recommendation Y.1720 (Protection
switching for MPLS networks)), it presents a note "dTTSI_Mismerge cannot be
protected by 1:1 protection switching" .I can't understand the reason.Could
you please explain it? Thanks!
