RE: Authorization for delivering HA info to a MN

Hesham,

I think you are suggesting using router advertisements instead of DHCP
for HA discovery. Performing such configuration via RA is debatable,
whereas this is a perfect fit for dynamic host configuration protocol.
Hence I'd disagree if that's what you were suggesting.
