On my Windows machine, the plugins folder is at: C:\Program Files\ActiveState Komodo 3.5\lib\mozilla\plugins I copied NPSWF32.dll from my Firefox plugins folder to that directory and restarted Komodo, and the internal preview started showing Flash movies for me.
