That's probably because we now use "gnat stub" instead of "gnatstub" to
generate files.
gnat stub isn't supported by gnat 3.15p
In order to work around this, you can edit the file gnatstub.xml that comes
with gps, and replace gnat stub %PPs by e.g. gnatstub
