Sorry for the confusion. There was indeed one 1.1.8 CVS release (a very early one released sometime in October 2005) which was incorrectly labelled "1.1.8
" in its internal release stamp. That would install as "net.sourceforge.phpeclipse_1.1
.8". That could explain what you found.
