Summary: patch for bug 1434245

Initial Comment:
both classes and interfaces were using a
interface_extends_list() method, which was making use
of the class_list() method. the existing
interface_list() method was apparently not being used.
the patch:
a) adds a class_extends_list() method
b) the interface_extends_list() uses the
interface_list() instead of class_list()
c) the class_extends_list() uses the class_list() method 
note: my guess is that this new syntax only makes sense
in PHP5; for those using PHP4 the patch probably makes
no sense.
