That is why it would have to be template driven so that you could plugin 
your framework. Right now I resort to a shell script outside the IDE to 
generate my set of files.

I remember that the first version of PHPEclipse I tried came with a 
Xaraya module that I never used. Does anyone know what that was supposed 
to do?
