Re: New guy question: msg#00128hardware.voyetra.audiotron
Mike, I believe you should be able to restrict your wireless devices to 802.11g only. It's been a while since I set mine up, but I recall setting a restriction like that. That done, I don't think 802.11b can eat bandwidth. Someone please correct me if I have this wrong. mike Wow! I hadn't heard that. What happens if I have an 11g setup and my neighbor has an 11b? I can't exactly tell them to turn it off. ---------------------- - Mike Scott ----------------------------------------------------------- List archives: http://maillist.voyetra.com/audiotron.html You may leave the list at any time by sending an e-mail to LISTSERV@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with only the words "SIGNOFF AUDIOTRON" in the body of the e-mail.
