Random play and occasional buffer play glitch: msg#00058hardware.voyetra.audiotron
I noticed occationally that while playing a playlist on the random setting a fraction of the song following in the playlist is played (say 0.2 sec) after that the randomly chosen next song is played. It doesn't happen all the time, but occationally. It seems that the next song on the playlist is in the buffer as well, even when playing random. I suspect it has something to do with VBR mp3, where it is quite difficult to get the exact total time of the song. What I did: - add songs to a playlist and start playing - when the first song was playing press the random button. This maybe explains why a fraction of the second song was still in the buffer as the Audiotron would first start playing in the playlist order and during playing the first song was told to switch to random play Anybody noticed it too?
